Grapefruit & Lavender Martini
1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Grapefruit juice
1-2 Dashes Middleton's Grapefruit & Lavender Bitters*
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a pre-chilled martini glass, garnish with a graprefruit rind and serve.
*1 dash = 1/2 dropper
